What a great spot for the kids to play in! Even more, it's an asset to the community. Nice stewardship by the powers that be to continue to invest in the public parks that have such an impact on the quality of life of the residents.
Not all cities and towns are as aware of the impact that public spaces have on attracting new residents to the area.

Within the same parameters, there were 20 sales the previous month, with an average sales price of nearly $557,000. The average price per foot for May was just shy of $223, and the average market duration for closed sales was 136 days.

I like Jack's toddler watch tag team --lets the adults get a second wind. What a treat to watch the freedom of Wyatt just throwing himself into a dance! I'm glad your family had such a great Father's Day.

Furious George was great! We actually caught the Father's Day show at the park, and it may very well be the topic of my next post. It was a blast. Wyatt stole the show with people in our immediate vicinity being treated to a 14 month old phunkfest. He danced for the entire show.
